Petition against a debt claim, 1909
Petition by Bibi Mah, daughter of the late Mashhadi Ja‘far and wife of the late Zal Khan from Bardaj, to Ayatollah Ra’is al-‘Ulama’, expressing that the claim of Habib Allah, son of Mashhadi Musa from Bardaj, about Zal Khan's debts to him is not true. Additionally, Muhammad Kazim (the musician of the Security Department and Habib Allah's brother) has confirmed the complaint, and has requested to call Habib Allah in order to review and resolve the issue. A note written by Ayatollah Ra’is al-‘Ulama’ with his seal is on the margin.

Mashhadi Muhammad Hasan, son of the late Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, claims that the late Sahib Sultan (his brother's wife and daughter of Haji Isma‘il from Qasr al-Dasht) had settled all her belongings with him, but Sughra Sultan (wife of Hasan ‘Ali from Qasr al-Dasht and sister of the late Aqa [illegible]) has usurped them.

Petition requested by Fatimah Sultan, daughter of the late Muhammad Sadiq Bayg from Shiraz and wife of the late Muhammad Karim Bayg, asking Hujjat al-Islam Sayyid Muhammad Ja‘far al-Musavi to assign someone as the guardian for her underage children named ‘Ali Aqa, Khanum Zinat, and Khanum Shawkat; the receiver of this petition replies with assigning Fatimah Sultan as the children's guardian and her brother, Aqa ‘Abbas Khan, as the supervisor.

Petition of Haji Husayn ‘Ali about his daughter's mahr and alimony, 1915
Petition written by Haji Husayn ‘Ali Saqat-furush [the retailer] to Hujjat al-Islam Ayatollah Muhammad ‘Ali al-Husayni, about the debt of his daughter's husband to him. The debt is eighty tumans of mahr and three years of alimony, which his daughter transferred to him in another settlement. At the end, the receiver of the petition writes that Ibrahim hasn't paid his debt yet, and the wife can get divorce based on Shari‘ah (with the father acting on her behalf).

Petition to Mulla Zayn al-‘Abidin regarding the documents that Mirza Muhammad Karim should receive (to present in the court) about a garden called Karim (known as Karim Luti garden). One of the documents is a sale agreement of Bibi Kawkab Sultan and Mashhadi Lutf Allah with Sayyid Muhammad ‘Ali ‘Allaf [forage seller] over one-sixth of Karim Luti garden for twenty tumans and the duration of one year.
